Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@nomiskcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that return shipping costs and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement free of charge!

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these items are made to your specifications.  As well as bulk orders and gift cards.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

If you wish to return a product because you no longer need it, shipping costs will be deducted from the total disbursement. We will also not be responsible for errors made at checkout, whether that might be you selecting the incorrect product or providing incorrect address details resulting in a failed delivery.
